Who Runs This Site

Hybrid Battery Test runs hybridbatterytest.com. Battery tests booked here are powered by Supercanic. To reach us, use our contact page.

What We Collect

Contact form. Your name, your email, what the message is about, a page link if you add one, and your message. It is sent to us by email, along with the country it came from, so we can reply.

Booking form. Hybrid or electric, your name, phone, email, the ZIP where the car is parked, the year, make, model and VIN, the seller or address, the listing link, when works for you, and any notes. We also keep the page you sent it from, the page that sent you here, and any ad campaign tags in the link. We use it to call or email you about that battery test.

Checklist. If you enter a VIN, it is sent to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to decode it. We do not store it.

We use what you send only to answer your request or set up your test. We do not sell it.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed and when someone taps a phone number or sends a form. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location. It does not receive what you type into our forms. Learn how Google uses this data at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and opt out with Google's browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser so it can tell one visit from another. This site also saves one small note in your browser's session storage so a tap on a phone number is counted once per visit. That note is cleared when you close the tab. The checklist saves your marks and notes in your browser so they are there when you come back. They are not sent to us. We do not use cookies for ads. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

Ask About or Delete Your Information

To ask what we have or to have it deleted, send us a note on our contact page.
