Hybrid Battery Test is an independent reference on EV and hybrid batteries. It cannot tell you the health of one specific car. Battery tests are booked through PPI Auto, and that booking runs on its own terms.

Use of Your Business Name, Images and Content in Our Marketing

By using Hybrid Battery Test, our services or our software, including by booking or buying a battery test through this site, or by sending us photos, video, logos, reviews or other content, you grant Hybrid Battery Test a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, adapt, edit and make derivative works from the following, in any media now known or later developed, for any lawful purpose, including advertising, marketing, promotion, case studies, demonstrations and reproductions:

  • your business name, trade names, logos and trademarks, and your public business information;
  • photos, video and audio you upload or send to us, and photos and video of vehicles, battery packs, equipment and work performed taken in the course of our services;
  • reviews, ratings, testimonials and comments you give us, with the name you gave them under.

You confirm you own or have the right to grant this license for anything you send us. No payment is owed for these uses, and no approval of any particular ad is needed.

This license does not cover, and we will not use in advertising: (a) the personal information of you or your customers, or any phone number or SMS or text consent, which we never sell or use in our ads; (b) a battery test report, VIN or test result tied to an identifiable vehicle owner, unless it is anonymized so the owner and the vehicle cannot be identified; or (c) the face, voice or likeness of an identifiable person, which we use in advertising only with that person's signed written release, as California Civil Code ยง3344 requires.
