- Hyundai IONIQ 5, 2023 to 2024 · 6 unitsHigh voltage battery cells may contain misaligned electrodes, which can lead to a fire while parked or driving. Remedy is replacement of the high voltage battery system assembly. Hyundai's report was received 7 February 2026.

What was actually done
The interim instruction is to park outside and cap charging at 80 percent until the remedy is done.
