- INL fleet testing measured pack energy falling from 7.8 kWh at 5,191 miles to 6.1 kWh at 158,403 miles on a 2013 C-Max Energi (VIN 3818) and from 7.8 kWh at 4,648 miles to 6.4 kWh at 165,370 miles on a 2013 Fusion Energi (VIN 1518). (avt.inl.gov: batteryCMax3818.pdf, 2026-10-07)
Same Electrical Spec
These packs share this one's chemistry, voltage and module count. That is a spec match only. It does not mean the parts fit each other, so check with a technician.
Warranty
Ford's Hybrid Car and Electric Vehicle warranty guides for the 2013-2017 model years list Hybrid/Electric Unique Component Coverage of 8 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first, covering the high-voltage battery, battery pack fan, BECM and the PHEV onboard charger; the guides add 10 years/150,000 miles for the high-voltage battery on vehicles certified as AT PZEV and registered in states that adopted that California warranty.
